Answer: Mr. Dismore: To ask the Parliamentary Secretary, Lord Chancellor's Department how many personal injury cases struck out automatically under County Court Order 17 rule 11 have been appealed (a) to circuit judges and (b) to the Court of Appeal in each of the last three years; and how many appeals were successful in each category.
