Mr. Mackinlay: To ask the Prime Minister what communications have been received in the past two years from other Governments under the Statute of Westminster Act 1931 authorising the Parliament of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to enact legislation relating to the succession to the throne.
