Mr. Vaz: To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what investigations are planned into possible holdings and assets of the former Mobutu regime in the United Kingdom and dependent territories; and if steps will be taken to return them to the people of Congo. [1028] Mr. Tony Lloyd: We will do all that we can to assist, but for obvious reasons I cannot comment in detail on the nature of any investigations.
