Answer: Sir David Mitchell: To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what instructions were given by the Government of St. Helena to the immigration officers of the island concerning the ending of the visitor's permit for Mr. Mikael Olsson; and what factors underlay this decision. [21361] Sir Nicholas Bonsor: None. The immigration officer implements the St. Helena Government's immigration policy under the provision of the Immigration Ordinance 1972. I refer my hon.
