Mr. Dalyell: To ask the President of the Board of Trade what assessment his Department has made of the implication of the case of Regina v. Rees and Rotheroe for the work of his Department. [21553] Mr. Nelson: As I said to the hon. Member in the House on 19 March, Official Report, columns 870-71, arrangements have been put in place which seek to avoid the accidental oversight that occurred in the case in question.
