What plans the Government has to derogate from paragraph 4.3 of Council of Europe Recommendation R(86)1 as a consequence of the enactment of the Social Security Administration (Fraud) Bill. - We have no such plans.

Mr. Cohen: To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security what plans the Government have to derogate from paragraph 4.3 of Council of Europe recommendation R(86)1 as a consequence of the enactment of the Social Security Administration (Fraud) Bill; and if he will make a statement.
