Foreign and Commonwealth Office

Question
If he will grant visas to Miss Enoucha Mohamed Salem and Mr Salah Moustapha, representatives from the Saharawi Youth Union, Ujsarso, for the period from 21st March to 1st April.
Answer

Mr. Gunnell: To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will grant visas to Miss Enoucha Mohamed Salem and Mr. Salah Moustapha, representatives from the Saharawi Youth Union, Ujsarso, for the period from 21 March to 1 April. [21120] Dr. Liam Fox: Miss Salem and Mr. Moustapha attempted to submit entry clearance applications to our entry clearance section in Algiers. However, it offers a very limited service, because of the local conditions. Miss Salem and Mr. Moustapha have therefore been advised to apply in Tunis, the entry clearance post designated to handle Algerian applications. No decision can be taken until they or their application have been accepted and reviewed.
