How many households were registered as homeless in the constituencies of Tweeddale, Ettrick and Lauderdale and Roxburgh and Berwickshire in (a) 1979, (b) 1983, (c) 1987, (d) 1991, (e) 1993 and (f) each subsequent year for which figures are available.

Mr. Kirkwood: To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland how many households were registered as homeless in the constituencies of Tweeddale, Ettrick and Lauderdale and Roxburgh and Berwickshire in (a) 1979, (b) 1983, (c) 1987, (d) 1991, (e) 1993 and (f) each subsequent year for which figures are available.
