Mr. Mans: To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security what plans he has to consult on the proposals under basic pension plus; and if he will make a statement. [21520] Mr. Heald: Representatives of the pensions industry and other interested parties will be invited to join a working group to discuss the proposals and how they might be implemented. A Green Paper will then be published inviting views more generally.
