Mr. Ainger: To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what will be the estimated cost to each local authority in Wales of implementing the draft hedgerow regulations. [21088] Mr. Evans: The costs of implementing the draft regulations as laid in Parliament are included within local authorities' standard spending assessments but are not separately identified.
