Question: What were the total payments to private landowners under forest authority schemes in (a) the United Kingdom and (b) Scotland; and if he will list the 20 largest recipients in Scotland, indicating in each case the purpose of the award and the amount for each year since 1993. - Inc table of total payments. 20 largest recipients could be obtained only at disproportionate cost.
