Mr. Michael Brown: To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment when he intends to announce his decision on the application for planning permission made by Kestonbond Holst Ltd. of Laceby, North East Lincolnshire, to build its proposed millennium park in Grimsby. [21163] Sir Paul Beresford: No decision on whether the application to which my hon. Friend refers, should be called in for determination by the Secretary of State, can now be made until after the general election.
