Question: What is (a) the average sum per pupil and (b) the average percentage of the general schools budget allotted by each local education authority in the current financial year for discretionary exceptions outside the potential schools budget and which is (i) delegated and (ii) not delegated to schools and same for (i) mandatory exception from delegation, (ii) discretionary exceptions outside the potential from delegation, (iii) discretionary exceptions outside the potential schools budget, (iv) discretionary exceptions within the potential schools budget and (v) the aggregate schools budget. - Inc table.
