Mr. Simon Coombs: To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster if he will make a statement about the efficiency and effectiveness of records storage keeping and storing in Government departments. [20062] Mr. Freeman: The efficiency unit and Public Record Office recently undertook a joint study of records storage and management within government. I have placed a copy of their report in the Library of the House.
