Mrs. Dunwoody: To ask the Secretary of State for Transport if he will make a statement on the sale of Railfreight Distribution. [18157] Mr. Watts: The British Railways Board has selected English Welsh and Scottish Railway as the preferred purchaser of Railfreight Distribution. The board is aiming to exchange contracts very shortly.
