Mr. Bryan Davies: To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Employment what percentage of (a) 16, (b) 17 and (c) 18-year-olds are in full-time education in each local authority area. [18610] Mr. Paice: This information is published for 16 and 17-year-olds in the Department's "Statistical Bulletin 8/96: Participation in education of young people aged 16 and 17 in each local education authority and region of England, 1990-91 to 1994-95." Information on 18-year-olds could be provided only at disproportionate cost.
