Answer: Sir Ivan Lawrence: To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department when he expects to publish the annual report of the Prison Service agency for 1995-96. [15507] Miss Widdecombe: [holding answer 17 February 1997]: Responsibility for this matter has been delegated to the Director General of the Prison Service, who has been asked to arrange for a reply to be given. Letter from Richard Tilt to Sir Ivan Lawrence, dated 18 February 1997: The Home Secretary has asked me to reply to your recent Question about the publication date of the Annual Report of the Prison Service Agency 1995-96. The preparation of the Annual Report is now in its final stages. Arrangements for printing and distributing will be made soon and I expect it to be published shortly.
