- Question
- In the case of how many life sentence prisoners who have received early release in the last 10 years the decisions were influenced in part by the prisoner's spiritual conversion.
- Answer
-
Dr. Hendron: To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland in the case of how many life sentence prisoners who have received early release in the past 10 years the decisions were influenced in part by the prisoner's spiritual conversion. [14347] Sir John Wheeler: This specific information is not centrally held and can be provided only at disproportionate cost. However, I should point out that the fact that a prisoner had undergone a spiritual conversion would not in itself warrant early release.
