Mr. McNamara: To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what plans he has to refer the case of the Casement Three to the criminal appeal board. [14018] Sir John Wheeler: I refer the hon. Member to the reply I gave to the hon. Member for Belfast, West (Dr. Hendron) on Monday 3 February 1997.
