During this period, housing investment programme (HIP2) returns submitted by local authorities in Northamptonshire reported six dwellings acquired for continued use, excluding low cost home ownership schemes. These were in Daventry (one in 1992-93), east Northamptonshire (two in 1992-93), Kettering (one in 1991-92), Northampton (one in 1992-93) and Wellingborough (one in 1992-93).
