- What research his Department has evaluated into the speech therapy requirements of the East London area in respect of ensuring equity of service provision within the area; and what is the total budget for speech therapy services in Tower Hamlets, Newham and City and Hackney. - Assessment of need and the allocation of funding are matters for the health authorities concerned. We do not hold details centrally.
