- Which states in the Middle East either have or are developing (a) nuclear weapons; (b) chemical weapons; (c) biological weapons; (d) long range platforms from which to deliver such weapons; (e) anti-ballistic or anti-cruise missile systems; or (f) surveillance information, of their own or provided to them by others, for purposes of identification and targeting; and which other states have such weapons there.
