What is estimated to be the total cost to public finances, including subsidies to Scottish Homes, of the conversion and adaptation of the derelict farm buildings at Cantray Steading, Highland District, to provide accommodation for young disabled people; and how many young disabled people will be housed there on completion. - Includes figures.
