Whether additional costs have arisen, and further costs are expected to arise, from temporary accommodation for the Joint Services Combined Staff College, from refurbishing the original accommodation at Greenwich, and from moving the reactor and reactor training away from Greenwich. - Includes figure and ref to consultation document placed in Library on 5 March 1996.
