Which Ministers are accountable for decisions on whether to update youth training allowance and the youth training bridging allowance. - I am responsible for the youth training bridging allowance overall, and for the youth training allowance in England. Responsibility for the youth training allowance in Scotland and Wales lies with the respective Secretaries of State.
