Question
To ask the Secretary of State for Wales, What initiatives his Department is taking to participate in National Tree Week. (Failed OPQ).
Answer

Sir Sydney Chapman: To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what initiatives his Department is taking to participate in National Tree Week. [56584] Mr. Jon Owen Jones: We do, of course, support tree planting every week of the year, and we are fully committed to increasing the woodland area in Wales. National Tree Week is an excellent initiative and the forestry Commission will be participating in several planting projects, often enlisting the help of school children.
