To ask the President of the Board of Trade, When she expects to bring forward the proposed legislation on employment rights and trade union recognition. (Failed OPQ).

Mr. Mackinlay: To ask the President of the Board of Trade when she expects to bring forward the proposed legislation on employment rights and trade union recognition. [49393] Mr. Ian McCartney: I cannot, of course, anticipate the content of the Queen's Speech, but it is the Government's intention to introduce legislation on employment rights and trade union recognition as soon as possible.
