To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, What representations he has received on the start date for construction of the M74 between Carlisle and the Scottish Borders. (Failed OPQ).

Mr. Martlew: To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions what representations he has received on the start date for construction of the M74 between Carlisle and the Scottish borders. [43273] Dr. Strang: Since the start of the Roads Review consultation exercise, I have received seven representations regarding the proposed construction of the extension of the M6/M74 between Carlisle and the Scottish Border, all of them in support.
