Mr. Cash: To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs which of the member states of the European Union expressed support for the United Kingdom in its policy regarding preparations for military action against Iraq. [31828] Mr. Fatchett: The vast majority of European Union member states were supportive of our policy of backing up diplomacy with the threat of military force.
