- To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, if he will list the EU countries which apply the discretionary standard charge abatement provided for in Council Directive 85/73/EEC (as amended); if he will list the charges made by meat hygiene authorities in each EU member state. - Inc fact that will write.
