To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, if he will publish the findings of the internal inquiry conducted by the Governor of Bulwood Prison, Hockley, into the circumstances surrounding the death of the prisoner Josie O'Dwyer.

Mr. Flynn: To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will publish the findings of the internal inquiry conducted by the Governor of Bulwood Prison, Hockley, into the circumstances surrounding the death of the prisoner Josie O'Dwyer. [60336] Mr. George Howarth: The Prison Service is currently reviewing the policy on disclosure of internal investigation reports. The aim is to provide a protocol which will allow disclosure as soon as possible after the report is completed. When the revised policy is introduced, it will not apply retrospectively.
