Mr. Collins: To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport what representations he has made to the Board of Governors of the BBC concerning scheduling revisions at Radio 4 and the ratings of that channel; and if he will make a statement. [56420] Janet Anderson: [holding answer 26 October 1998]: My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State and I have made no such representations. Responsibility for all matters concerning the editorial content and scheduling of programmes rests with the BBC itself.
