- To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what powers he has to lift the 100 year closure placed upon the report by Sergeant Hughes of the Central Police into Thomas Hamilton; and if he will place in the Library a copy of the report by Sergeant Hughes of the Central Police, into Thomas Hamilton, listing the charges to which he recommended consideration for prosecution. - Will write.
