Mr. Baker: To ask the Secretary of State for Wales, pursuant to his answer of 27 March 1998, Official Report, column 354, on departmental transport arrangements, what further changes he has made. [54005] Mr. Ron Davies: The White Paper, "A New Deal for Transport: Better for Everyone" (Cm 3950), was published on 20 July. The Welsh Transport Policy Statement, "Transporting Wales into the Future", was published on 24 July. My Department has given an undertaking that a Green Transport Plan, covering commuting and travel in the course of work at the Department's main offices will be in place by March 1999.
