Ms Lawrence: To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what assessment he made of the impact on sterile service units within other trusts in Wales of the contract between UHW NHS Trust and SSI. [54957] Mr. Ron Davies: The Private Finance Initiative contract between UHW NHS Trust and SSI is justified on the basis of present activity levels. I do not anticipate any impact on sterile services units in other NHS Trusts.
