Ms Perham: To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions what criteria the Public Carriage Office will use when it monitors the use of subcontracting by London's private hire industry. [52198] Ms Glenda Jackson: The matter will be considered as part of the implementation arrangements for the legislation on London minicab regulation.
