Mr. Letwin: To ask the President of the Council what proposals she plans to make regarding the ability of hon. Members to ask questions of Ministers on matters that have been devolved to the National Assembly for Wales following the election of the Assembly. [49711] Mrs. Ann Taylor: I have no immediate proposals for any change in the procedure for questions. I understand that the Procedure Committee will be conducting an inquiry into the implications for the House of devolution. Any suggestions from the hon. Member will be welcome. The Government will consider carefully any recommendations the Committee makes.
