- To ask the Secretary of State for Wales, if his review of the Cardiff Bay Barrage is based on the principle of retaining the 1994 cap and economising on ancillary projects; and various questions on same including date commenced review of total costs of Cardiff Bay Barrage; and provision for increasing the grant-in-aid to the Cardiff Bay Development Corporation. - Includes statement that have asked the Corporation to prepare an update of the review document to be placed in the Library.
