Mr. Llwyd: To ask the Secretary of State for Wales when there will be further progress on the improvement of the A470 Blaenau Ffestiniog to Betwys-y-Coed road; and if he will make a statement. [47043] Mr. Hain: Stage 1 of the A470 Ledr Valley improvement, between Cancoed and Minffordd has been completed. Further improvements on the Blaenau Ffestiniog to Betws-y-Coed section of the trunk road are subject to the current review of the Welsh trunk road programme. The report on the review will be published later this year.
