Mr. Wilshire: To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will publish the names of the special advisers attached to his Department; and if he will indicate whether each of them has been positively vetted. [46063] Mr. Robin Cook: [holding answer 16 June 1998]: My Special Advisers are Mr. David Clark and Mr. Andrew Hood. Both have been security cleared to the level of "developed vetting". This term replaced the term "positive vetting" in 1994.
