To ask the President of the Board of Trade, if she will list all registered restrictive practice agreements involving trade associations. - Includes fact that Director General of Fair Trading will write. (Holding answer 9 June 1998).

Mr. Boswell: To ask the President of the Board of Trade if she will list all registered restrictive practice agreements involving trade associations. [44984] Mr. Battle: [holding answer 9 June 1998]: The Restrictive Trade Practices Act 1976 requires the Director General of Fair Trading to maintain a public register of qualifying agreements. The register is open to the public. For convenience I am asking him to write to the hon. Member to provide the information requested, and place a copy of that information in the Library of the House.
