Mr. Pickles: To ask the Secretary of State for Health when he expects to announce his decision on the proposed closure of the Ongar War Memorial Hospital. [44883] Mr. Milburn: My right hon. Friend, the Secretary of State will announce his decision when he has given full and proper consideration to the proposals once they have been put forward by North Essex Health Authority.
