- To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Employment, if he will estimate the cost of increasing the capitation grant for supported employment placements by the rate of inflation between 1st April 1998 and 1st April 1999; and what was the cost of the capitation grant for supported employment placements in 1998-99. - Includes figures.
