To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, if he will publish the report to the UN Secretary General requested by paragraph 13 of UNSCR 1132 about the steps taken to implement the measures set out in paragraphs 5 and 6 of UNSCR 1132. - Ref to copy in Library. (Holding answer 14 May 1998).
