- If DTI will direct OFTEL to discuss with Chairman of British Telecom whether there has been any diminution in standard of service & efficiency offered by British Telecom's directory inquiries unit following transfer of all standard directory telephone nos on to computer. - Includes fact that BT's 6-monthly quality of service reports include info on directory inquiry services & latest report in Library.
