Further to HO correspondence with hon Member for Leyton re Mr Eamonn John Wadley, to name the doctors who decided that he could be interrogated; to explain their reasons for disagreeing with Mr Wadley's private doctor & the police surgeon & to comment on policy towards interrogation of individuals with a history of recurrent mental illness.
