Mr. Randall: To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland how much expenditure was incurred by Highlands and Islands Enterprise and Moray, Badenoch, and Strathspey Enterprise to support the Cairngorm Chairlift Company's study by Arthur Andersen and L & R Leisure of development options; and if he will ask them to publish it. [39418] Mr. Wilson: The level of the financial contributions made by Highlands and Island Enterprise and by Moray Bedenoch and Strathspey Enterprise to the costs of the study referred to in the question is an operational matter for Highlands and Islands Enterprise. I will ask the Chairman of that organisation to write to the hon. Member. With regard to the publication of the study, I understand that it was commissioned by the Cairngorm Chairlift Company. Decisions on publication are therefore a matter for that company.
