What advice DOE plans to issue to community charges registration officers on how to register submariners spending alternate periods of 4 weeks at sea & 4 weeks on shore, members of armed forces on 4 months tours of duty in Northern Ireland, Gurkhas, Royal Navy personnel on sea-going vessels & members of armed forces attached to foreign forces & serving abroad with them - (Holding answer 27 Feb 1989)
