- To ask the Secretary of State for Wales, pursuant to his Answer of 20th April 1998 at 310 c440W, and 30th March 1998 at 309 c399W, and to comment on the compatibility of the figures quoted for the cost of the void office space to be covered by the accumulated figures for the reserves of the Welsh Health Common Services Authority with the figures quoted for the actual reserves accumulated in the last five years.

Mr. Rhodri Morgan: To ask the Secretary of State for Wales, pursuant to his answer of 20 April 1998, Official Report, column 440, and 30 March 1998, Official Report, column 399, if he will make a statement on the compatibility of the figures quoted for the cost of the void office space to be covered by the accumulated figures for the reserves of the Welsh Health Common Services Authority with the figures quoted for the actual reserves accumulated in the last five years. [39692] Mr. Ron Davies: The level of reserves at each financial year end varies depending on several factors including provisions for void space, capital cash flow and supplies stock levels.
