Question: To ask the Secretary of State for Wales, pursuant to his Answer of 30th March, Official Report, 309 c399W, if he will comment on the way in which the Welsh Health Common Services Authority accumulated its reserves; and if he will give figures on the level of these reserves at the end of each of the past five financial years.
